The Solo Wood-Fired Pizza Cart is the world’s only mobile wood-fired pizza cart. It was introduced at the Las Vegas Pizza Show in March, 2001 after receiving the last of several patents and has since provided a one-of-a-kind experience for many functions, public and private.
